We have a minimum of 10 orders per day, per product.

▼ What is your pricing for fulfillment?

Our fulfillment fees range from $1-$2.80 per order, depending on its complexity.

▼ How quickly do you fulfill orders?

We usually fulfill orders within 24 hours after we've received them as long as we have your product in stock.

▼ How do I know the product you source is good quality?

We perform quality checks on all products when sourcing & packing them, and can also send samples to you if required.

▼ Can you brand or private label my product or packaging?

Yes, we can brand your product packaging, inserts, and instruction leaflets. In some cases (depending on the product) we can brand the product itself with your logo, but this usually requires a high MOQ unless stickers can be applied.

▼ Can you store my product in your warehouse?

Yes we can. We advise you to order your product in bulk through us and store it in our warehouse for faster processing times.

▼ Where are you located?

We're located in Shenzhen, China.

▼ Do you accept all client applications?

We don't usually accept applications below 10 orders a day unless there is enough evidence provided to prove potential to scale.

▼ How do you fulfill my customer orders on Shopify?

We integrate with your shopify store via an app. Once we have sent your orders out, your shipping confirmation emails will be automatically sent to your customers with tracking numbers included.

▼ How do you accept payment?

We accept payment via Payoneer or bank transfer to our USD, GBP, AUD or EUR accounts. We recommend using www.wise.com for bank transfers.

▼ Do I have to pay upfront?

Yes, if you're looking to buy in bulk and store goods at our warehouse then we will require payment to cover 3-5 days of fulfillment in advance.

The money paid in advance goes towards your balance with us and will need to be kept above zero for fulfillment to continue.

▼ Are you cheaper than AliExpress?

We can't guarantee that we'll be cheaper than AliExpress, but we can guarantee that your shipping will be faster, service quality higher, and brand perception better as a result of working with us.

▼ What happens if a customer order is damaged or lost?

Any products that arrive damaged or lost will be re-sent by us unless the following is true:

• Customer input incorrect address
• Recipient refused package and marked returned to sender
• Package undeliverable because buyer was unable to receive after multiple attempts
• Delayed package arrival due to unexpected delays

We can commmunicate through Facebook, Skype, WeChat or Slack.

▼ When do you work?

We fulfill orders and communicate with clients from Monday to Saturday. Any urgent matters that happen to fall on a Sunday will still be addressed.
